what is the difference between logistic and logistics?
If I say Logistic Department/Manager, should with a 's' or without?

Logistcs is a noun meaning the mangement of materials flow through an organisation. The adjective of logistics is logistical instead of logistic.
Therefore, it is more appropriate to say Logistics Department/Manager.
