There is Keisei(京成電鐵) Skyliner departure at 22:00, and normal Keisei line departure at 22:15 & 22:42.
It is quite impossible for you to take Skyliner or 22:15's Keisei, but at least you will be able to take 22:42 Keisei line.

By taking Keisei line, you could arrive to Nippori (日暮里), and change to JR yamanote line (山手線) to Ikebukuro (池袋)

Therefore you have no choice except Keisei line
By the way, changing platform is not difficult la
Just get off at the station and walk to another platform only, just like changing platform in Hong Kong 荃灣線→港島線 or 荃灣線→西鐵

everyone get off at Roppori is purposed to change to JR yamanote line.
Because many people take the same flight as yours, you could just follow other HK people. Don't worry about changing platform.

If you hate this situation, just don't take CX flight next time.
