看了你的文章，知道你不是說腳跟heel，而是中國人說的腳筋，但中國人說的筋，在英文裏可指兩種組織，分別是：tendon腱
和ligament：韌帶。
你究竟是tendon受傷或是ligament受傷，想你也不大清楚，要待醫生詳細檢查。

Should be "ankle" -

That is not how you write 根! This is how you write 筋, and 腳筋 call is foot tendon!
