verb跟第三者名詞加s問題

he really likes...
it's going to changes...

我想問以上幾句最後個verb駛唔駛加s...
尤其第3個..前面有is going to 又駛唔駛..

he really likes: 要
it`s going to change: 唔駛

總之有to係前面就唔駛加S...

to 後面不用加"s"
因為只有conjugate verbs 才需要加
而to______ (verb)是infinitive form and not conjugative form.

to后面的verb 就no s
就算是he/she/it的后面。

for example:
He really likes to play basketball (他真的好中意玩篮球)
really 后面的verb就可以加 s 但是to后面的verb就不得！
