ATCL please Help!

You should be more humble that you should pass ABRSM Grade 8 prior to taking the ATCL Diploma. The syllabus of the ATCL Diploma is much more lengthy and much much higher than the Grade 8 piano.
Though you've passed Grade 8 with distinction, it needs one or two years or more to master the necessary technical skills of the ATCL Diploma.
Although you去年考了六級 abrsm -Distinction
想今年考 ATCL retical , 不考八級ABRSM,
the gap is too big between ABRSM grade 6 and ATCL Diploma.
Furthermore, the grade 6 syllabus may be just 1/10 of the total syllabus of the ATCL.The pasing rate of you would be just 10%,according to my experience.
In addition, though you've passed Grade 8 with distinction, ATCL Diploma is higher than the level of the ABRSM Grade 8.The should first learn the Grade 8 as your music foundation before thinking of entering the ATCL Recital exam.
