I agree (the following are the reasons):

1.a lot of accidentals are cause by some kids going out to play by thenself

2.a lot of kids going out without parents take care of them

3.some kids being so bad is also cause by their parents give them too much freedom,so they make some bad friends outside or inside the school

4.if the children getting bad grade,it's because they have too much freedom,so they keep on playing and not studying for test or something else

Yes I me agree with this point.Because We must give children free.The children can,t study all the time.If the study all the time,the children will think study is broed.Just like me.My parent give me free too.
