係excel用sumif既時候,
係sum_range一欄可唔可以唔一定係數值?
如果係文字,例如: Y/N , 咁又計唔計到TOTAL呢?
如果第一欄係人名, 而第二欄係 Y or N
咁又可唔可以呢?

It will not calculate the total if sum range is not numberIn this case, you may want to use COUNTIF and set the formula such that it wil count how many times Y or N has appeared in total.

你可以先在C欄多做一個動作
欄位C
=A1&B1
=A2&B2
=A3&B3
=A4&B4
=A5&B5
=A6&B6
如此類推，得出結果如下
AmyY
CathyN
AmyY
AmyN
CathyY
AmyN
然後才使用COUNTIF去做統計
例如：
=COUNTIF(C1:C6,"AmyY")
得出結果→２
欄位C
=A1&B1
=A2&B2
=A3&B3
=A4&B4
=A5&B5
=A6&B6
如此類推，得出結果如下
AmyY
CathyN
AmyY
AmyN
CathyY
AmyN
然後才使用COUNTIF去做統計
例如：
=COUNTIF(C1:C6,"AmyY")
得出結果→２
