1.想手瓜粗,係咪要練一日,之後唞一日先再練先會大?
2.想手瓜粗,咁應該注重練重量定練次數 ?
3.而家有肚腩,咁食方面,應該先減咗肚腩再增肉,定一路增肉先一路減 ?

2.想手瓜粗,咁應該注重練重量定練次數 ?Both. Your training program should like pyramid, the weight should up and down, and about 3 to 4 sets.

3.而家有肚腩,咁食方面,應該先減咗肚腩再增肉,定一路增肉先一路減 ? Many people will suggest the cardio and weight training are side by side, because if your body fat percentage high, the muscle will not show, and you will not see your result. Men under 15% and women under 25%, it consider lean.

第一,你先放棄你打機的時間,打機的時間要減少到兩小時以下
第二,練要日日練,但一日練的程度不可過大不然會受傷
第三,練的時候進食含大量蛋白質的食物
第四,不是練重量,也不是練次數,練到你的肌覺開始累的時候就要停手
第五,有肚腩也沒關係,不會影響
