做什麼運動先可以減肚腩

每星期要做幾多次, 每次做幾耐先可以見效??

There IS NO spot reduction. If you want to flatten your abs. then your should do cardio exercise. Cardio exercise can burn your body fat, exercise like running, swimming, riding a bike..... are good way to burn your body fat and raise your heart rate. You should try to do it at least 3 times a week, around 30 minutes each time, you should rest in between too!
