只是:

1. is showing when CH3COOH is dissolved in water.
2. is showing the same but is mainly for an emphasis(強調) of that CH3COOH is an acid.

(i.e.: If the question just asks: write an equation when CH3COOH is dissolve in water, then you use 1. If the question asks: show that CH3COOH is an acid/ is acidic when dissolved in water. then you use 2. )
