In this report discuss the problem in housekeeping department and suggest some training method. Most of these trainings are on-the-job training with coach/trainer showing the steps and procedures to them and let them do it and practice until they get familiarized. Training is very important of the housekeeping department. If the training method can’t do well then the customer will not come the hotel again because the customer living in the hotel, they are care about the room cleaning and the room attendant service quality.
XX Hotel is the 3 stars hotel so they cannot be a 2 stars housekeeping service so have a good training course then the service quality will up-grade.
