點解有D英文單詞入面既ing既g會用 ' 來代替?

crying, taking.......有 ing 尾的'g'被一個 ' 代替，是簡寫方式。
你一定有學過 he is /was/has 會被寫成 he's
you /we/ they are 會被寫成 you're, we're, they're
she had ,I have 會被寫成 she'd, I've
例子還有很多。在正式文章裡，這些簡寫是可以接受的。
但是，在一些口語化的對話，和不太正式的文章裡 (如通俗小說、漫畫.......等)，有些簡寫來自美國式英文，例如：
I gonna/ gotta/ wanna go home. 即 gonna=going to打算走
gotta=have get to必須走
wanna=want to想走
I was late 'cause / 'cos I could not get up early. 我遲到因為不能早起。 'cause'或 'cos 即是 because的簡寫。
'ing' 中，省除'g'的簡寫，和以上美國式的簡寫，最好不要用在功課或正統文件中，很容易被認為是錯的。

There is ONLY a short-form in American English, Amercian likes to do that sometimes.
