Which city do you live in? What's your education background? What are your interests?

You can start with being a sales at one of the outlet stores. Sales is a very good job to start with. I'm a b-to-b sales person myself. You can get people skills and become good with inventory management in a retail store.

You can also consider a big corporation with tuition benefits or good training program. For example, Gap has it for college applicants: http://www.gapinc.com/public/Careers/car_college.shtml

Bank teller is another position I recommend. A friend of mine started when he was 16, stayed with that while going to college, he became a branch manager earning 6 figures by 24. Impressive, huh?

If you want a job at that mall then pay very close attention to your grooming when you apply. Hair must be clean and shiny, go light on the make-up, but do wear some. Pay particular attention to your nails and make sure they are very well manicured with a conservative color of polish if you choose to use polish. Nails must be clean and the same length. Dress conservatively. No showing the goods! These are things you can bet those store owners and managers are going to be looking you over closely for. Or, how about a business of your own? Dog walking? If you live in a city you wouldn't believe what professional people will pay to have you come in and feed their young puppies and let them out, because a lot of professionals work to many long days to be able to have a puppy. My daughter used to pay somebody $45 a day to come in three times as her job as a nurse kept her gone 17 hours some days. That was in Naperville, Il. Advertise for free on www.craigslist.com. Do you like children? Be a nanny! Apply at nursing homes in the dietary. Some of them will give you training to become a CNA. That's a job that is in huge demand! Nursing homes always need help and they are in every town. When your filling out applications be sure to spell correctly.
