Ostrich Fillets In orange Sauce

Ingredients:

Ostrich Fillet_ 250g
Chinese parsley_1/2 Stalk
Oil 2 tbsp

Orange Sauce:
Sugar_1 tbsp
Cornflour _1 tsp
Bouillon cube _1/4
Fresh orange juice _ 75ml
Light soya sauce_ 2tsp
Dark soya sauce _1/2 tsp
Shaoxing wine _1 tbsp
Water _ 50ml

Garnish:
Orange 4 slices
Chinese parsley 1/2 stalk

Seasoning:
Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Cornflour 1 tsp
Light soya sauce 1 tsp
Sesame oil 1/4 tsp
Fresh orange juice 1 tbsp
Pepper Little

Step:
1. Wash and wipe dry ostrich fillet, then cut into large pieces and season.
2. Prepare the orange sauce. Chop half stalk of Chinese parsley.
3. Heat 2 tbsp oil .Shallow fry the ostrich fillets for about two minutes on each side over medium heat. Dish up.
4. Add the sauce and cook until it thickens. Add the chopped parsley and stir well. Pour the sauce over the ostrich fillets.
5. Making an orange twist: Make a cut into the centre of a slice. Then, twist the slice in opposite direction.
6.Garnish with the orange twist and Chinese parsley. Serve hot

駝鳥內圓角在橙色調味汁裡 成份:
駝鳥內圓角_ 250g
中國芹菜_1/2 莖油2 tbsp

橙色調味汁:
糖1 tbsp
玉米澱粉 _ 1 個tsp
肉湯立方體_ 1/4
新鮮的橙汁_ 75ml
清淡的醬油_ 2tsp
黑暗的醬油_ 1/2 tsp
紹興酒_ 1 tbsp
水_ 50ml

裝飾:
桔子4 切片
中國荷蘭芹1/2 莖

調味料: 鹽1/4 tsp
糖1/4 tsp
玉米澱粉 1 tsp
輕的醬油1 tsp
芝麻油1/4 tsp
新鮮的橙汁1 tbsp
胡椒一點

步驟:
1. 洗滌和抹乾燥駝鳥內圓角, 然後裁減成大片斷和季節。
2. 準備橙色調味汁。砍中國荷蘭芹半莖。
3. 熱2 tbsp 油駝鳥去骨切片大約二分鐘在各邊中火的淺油炸物。
4. 增加調味汁和廚夫直到它變厚。加切好的荷蘭芹和攪動很好。倒調味汁在駝鳥內圓角。
5. 做橙色轉彎: 做裁減成切片的中心。然後, 扭轉切片在相反方向。
6.裝飾物 與橙色轉彎和中國荷蘭芹。翻熱
