等同於香港人講的"懷舊風味" (nostalgia), 不單是食品, 建築, 用品, 帶有昔日情懷的, 都可以稱為古早味.古早一詞來自台語, 因此用來形容台灣的懷舊事物最好, 香港的懷舊事物用這個詞的話, 現在仍有點格格不入
