relative clause

這是因為，英文有同等結構省略法(ellipsis in coodination)，即以and, but, or等連接詞連接的片語、子句等，假如有文法相同的字，這字第二次出現就會省略，如：I will go to London and Japan.就是I will go to London and I will go to Janpan的省略，因此示句也是省略了(to)
句子中，你應留意到末句用and帶出，所以，中間的隔開片語的comma，也可以看同and的功用。

全句可看為：
My first stop would be Tokyo, where I would take the opporturnity to see the skyline, (to) taste some delicious Janpanses food and (to)...
的taste其實是to-infinitive(不定詞），所以where...可譯做：在那裏我會找機會去看地平線、去嚐日本美食，和去．．．
