如何幫助自己提升對跑步的興趣(40分)

我天生大脾好粗,而且又有經痛,
聽說恆常運動可以減輕經痛,
慢慢地KEEP住長跑又可以修下半身,
一舉兩得~
但我係典型o既文職人員,坐多過企,
行兩步都見攰,
請問有咩好方法逼自己恆常跑步呢?
我希望keep住每日慢跑1小時....
請俾少少意見~

Don't worry, you are not alone for this, I have the same problem. Motivation is the big thing for many people, just think about what make you start in the first place, it is not easy, but you have to know that you can do it. For me, I will think about my swimsuit, or the cookies that I ate, I have to burn that calories, then I will put on my running shoes. One time, when I still need to lose more fat, I promise myself if I can do it, I will buy a nice running shirt. Indeed, I spent that money to buy a shirt, but I was happy. My point is, you should award yourself, even just a little something.



我希望keep住每日慢跑1小時....
If you are a beginner, that is way too much, start to aim for 20 mins each time, 3 times per week, if you can manage, then keep it about 2 weeks. Add 5 mins at the third week, add another 5 at the 5 week. You can manage to run non stop for 30 mins, you will burn more fat, and trust me your will soon no more PMS problem. Remember, your muscle need rest, you should have at least one rest day a week.

Find a friend, or running partner to support you, if your friends has some negative influence on your exercise program, then change the subject. You can also add me on your Yahoo knowledge friend, then we can support each other.
