由於功課需要, 要找這個案例
--Commissioner of Inland Revenue v. Hang Seng Bank [1990] 3 HKTC 351
但不知如何尋找. 請問有冇人識得點様查?

p.s. 需要有case內容and判詞

You may go to High Court library to found the said Laws Report and Judgment (but sometime Judgment is not allow for public search)

1. In High Court library, search Laws Report Index book and located the same.
2. copy the same, pay copying charge.

If any problem, may contact the staff at library.

Laws Report HKTC should be "Hong Kong Tax Cases".
