緩步跑可以減肚腩嗎?
我今天開始每星期4天, 每天跑30分鐘,, 這樣可以減到肚腩嗎?

呢幾年間,我見有一名女仕,每朝都在公園緩步跑,
間唔中都見到佢同兩名小童緩跑.......
我想定必是他的子、女。
佢既身型好fit 。
點睇都唔會想到佢係兩名小朋友的母親。
(大肚時,佢係....緩步..[ 行 ]....的)
