如果是子宮肌瘤很多人都有，而且不會癌變，3cm 是一般大小。因應點做，因為不會癌變，有人選擇觀察一段時間（因收經後，瘤會萎縮），也有人因瘤子大影響起居而作手術。
如果不是子宮肌瘤，那就要看是何種腫瘤了。

My colleagues also had tumours in the organ. They had surgeries to cut them out.
My colleagues told me that their doctors advised them to cut because you didn't know when they would turn into cancer...no matter what size they were..
So I think you'd better consider to tell your girlfriend about this & let her consider about the operation.
