Why do some wireless routers cost so much more than others with similar specifications? Any recommendation for a router whose signal can penetrate 2 concrete walls (less than 10 meters away)?

becoz they get more powerful signal, stable speed & support a lots of function that we dun need (i mean when we a home user).

i ve heard abt signal can go through one wall, but 2 concrete wall, even an expensive one does, the signal will be weakening a lot, means speed & stability decrease. coz wi-fi signal just go straight.
most router with 3 antenna or with a larger antenna get a powerful signal (longer range, speed & go through wall.)
802.11g/b already got a effeciency range of 10m.

so u can buy a powerful 802.11n router with larger antenna. try to place it well, so that it could directly connect to ur wi-fi devices.
if there s an extremely case that the device & router seperated by 2 walls & cant connect, buy one more router (cheap one that support as a repeater), side by side between the device & router, so it could extended the signal.
