i was wondering if anyone knew how i would become one of those kids who went around to milkbars asking to buy smokes then busting them, for selling to underage people...

In my department in the states - one of us usually has one of our kids around the age of 18 attempt buys.We do the same for alcohol stings.

They are actually undercover police officers
