我本身係算廋既~但係就有d肚腩
如果要整走佢 要點ar??
係咪做下situp就得???
同埋每要做幾多下???

Ans. 肚腩包括了脂肪, 腹腔, 腹肌

Q. 如果要整走佢 要點ar??
Ans 做有氧運動 直接燃燒脂肪, 做腹肌訓練把腹肌收緊(不會鬆而明顯露出)

Q. 係咪做下situp就得???
同埋每要做幾多下???
Ans. 慢做30-45下為1 set, 共做 3 set, 一星期3-4次

減肚腩方面第一係自己有恆心先,比左個方法你,冇心咁跟足都係減
唔倒,例如有冇d咩原因而想減?
第二就係營養同運動,尤其食多d高質量營養食物,好似蕃茄,黃豆,菜,南瓜等等,你自己留意下啦,尤其蛋白質對減肥好大幫助架

You can use sit up to make your abs. muscle stronger, but not for reduce the fat.

同埋每要做幾多下???
If you want to make your abs. muscle strong, then you can start up with 10 for a set, you can do 3 - 4 set each time.

你係唔係想減肥呀?
