西式有既餐具：
1、杯子(glass)
2、銀器器皿(silverware)
肉刀/叉、魚刀/叉、牛油刀、生菜刀/叉、湯匙、咖啡
匙、茶匙、水果刀/叉……等。
3、瓷器器皿(chinaware)
餐盤、點心盤、麵包盤、湯碗及底盤、茶杯及底盤、
糖盅……等。
貼士一：以上餐具除左刀叉同杯之外，唔好亂動係第一法則
貼士二：中國人會比較覺得用牙簽冇問題，不過西式的話.....入洗手間攪掂啦！

用餐禮儀
1.用餐
用餐過程中，若交叉的擺放表示還未用完餐，而用
餐完畢後，正確的做法是將餐具並列側放於碟上。
2、麵包
在餐桌禮儀上，有所謂“左麵包，右水杯”的說法，
千萬不要將兩者倒轉擺放。麵包要放在伸手可及的
地方，若想塗牛油，先把牛油碟移至自己的碟邊，
再塗抹到麵包上。
3.帶骨食物
例如：享用魚類菜式時，若吃到魚骨，不要把它直接從嘴裏吐出，最好的方法，是用舌頭儘量把魚骨頂出來，用叉子接住，再放到碟子的一角。若不幸魚骨卡進牙縫間，就用餐巾掩著嘴，利用拇指和食指將之拔出。至於使用牙籤時，也要用餐巾掩著嘴來進行。
4.飲品
拿杯子時，手肘不要靠在桌面上，而要懸空拿起。使用高腳杯飲香檳時，不要用手緊緊地握住杯身，應優雅地以手指拿著下半部的杯腳。而女士們在喝飲料前，記著先用餐巾輕拭嘴上的唇膏及油漬，以免杯邊留下難看的唇印。
