a) the length of the rope is PAPA=AX/sin20
=50/sin20=146.2m
b)PY=PX-YX
=50/tan20-18
=119.4m
c)BY^2=PB^2-PY^2
BY^2=146.2^2-119.4^2(since PB=PA)
