1) Since KA have 3 different kinds of aircraft, it depends on what air craft for the route. From Hong Kong to Beijing mostly operated by A330-300 in the peak hours ( for instance 8am flight ,6 am flight) because the mornign hours is suitable for business man to go to beijing and have a conference right after get off the aircraft. But sometimes they will also use A321 / A320 than those aircraft will not provide PTV. Actually depends on what types of aircraft they use.
2) Since CX / KA/ CA always operated share- code flight, you have to ask the agent which airlines is going to operate the flight.

3) Same as no.1 , mostly A330 , but sometimes A320/ A321

4) Actually CX service is better than KA, however the schedule KA for sure is better than CX because everyday there are at least 10 flights go/ from Hong Kong/ Beijing. Compared to CX, CX is a airline to all big cities , not to China, so KA is more convenient . But once again, CX service is better.
5) KA - If you are a members of Marco Polo Club , start from silver tier, you are allowed to go to lounge. In Economy class, to / from Hong Kong/ Beijing around 2 hrs and 50 mins, depends on that time you take the flight, if you take the flight at night, meals will be provided, also haggen dazs will be provided as dessert.

Business Class - Awesome , they have more variety of food for you to chose. Seat - Wider than Econ. Cabin crew also knows you last name, for instance they will call you Mr / Ms X . Service - Great
