可否幫我翻譯以下做英文~

因為network team 係用個人電腦既Microsoft Access 做call tracking system, 所以一般都係不定期地做backup, 亦都無咁穩定.
而我地既系統除左做到一般call tracking 之外亦有escalation, 此外每日都有做自動backup. 相比較下, 能夠用我地既系統會比較好.

我地會研究network team 用我地的系統的可行性

以下係一些重點一定要解決才可以實行
- 我地既系統不能貯存contract information, 即係代表就算用我地既系統仍然
要用一個 地方存放contract

- 晚間既entitlement checking workflow

- 會有不同的call number, 因為佢地要draw parts, 而parts 又係另一套系統

As the network team use Microsoft Access for call tracking system, so we do not backup data on the computer regularly. As a result, the system is not so stable.
In addition to call tracking, our system also perform escalation. Data on the system is backup everyday. Hence, our system is better when comparing with other systems.

We will ask our network team to investigate on the possibility of using our system.

Below are some issues that need to be resolve before the any other implementations:
- Our system can't store contract information, this means we still need a physical location to store our contract
- The entitlementn checking workflow at night
- There will be different call number as other department use another system to draw parts.

The "call tracking system" that our network team developed Microsoft Access for designing needs backing-up arising from its unstability.
The new system featuring call-tracking and escalation but with no daily auto-backup function is not better than the old system.
We shall do further study on the possibility of using the old system .
It is impossible to put the new system into practice unless the following have been solved :
A) As the old system has no function of storing "contract information, we need to store these information in a place.
B) the provision of one of the important functions - workflow of entitlement checking at night.
C)Different call numbers will be generated in case of drawing any parts from another system.

This is because call tracking system of Network team is done by using a software call Microsoft Access from the personal computer, so normally, backup is not done at a regular basis, thus the call tracking system will be less stable.

Let's take a look at our system, it's not only able to do the normal call tracking, but also escalation. It will backup data automatically at a daily basis as well, that's why our system is better than the others comparatively.

We will investigate the feasibility of our system.

Here's the emphases that need to be account for before it can put in to practice:

-our system can not store contract information, which means the user have to find a space for the purpose of storing the contract.

-The entitlement checking workflow.

-There will have different call numbers, because they have to draw parts, which requires another system.

Because network team is makes call tracking system with personal computing already Microsoft Access, therefore generally makes backup non-periodically, also does not have stable.
