A international student how to take a exam of driver's licence?

I dont have any driver's licence and i dont know the frist step how to get the licence.And when i finish write test,how long should i wait to take the road test?

you ARE allowed to get a driver licence, you have to take the same procedure as an american citizen, you just need to have the papers they are going to ask you like i 20, if you already know how to drive take road test as soon as you can

You are not a resident of the state you are living in, you are an international student who is a resident of your home country. As such, you are not allowed to get a license in the US.
