VAT Value Added Tax
Ex VAT Not incuding VAT This usually applied those items for export sale. The seller could then claim the setting off the input VAT on that item.
So, it should be sold at 110.63 plus delivery charges to Hong Kong. Write to the seller for confirmation then if you are interested in this mobile.
