what is ”VW Golf GTI FAST”?

The "Fast" is a character or mascot created for the introduction of the fifth generation VW Golf GTI. It appeared on the TV ad/commercial, depicting the internal mentality of the driver of the GTI, combating the itch of driving their GTI faster and faster.
In some foreign markets, the GTI were delivered with a "Fast" plastic model. Not so sure about the dealer in HK.
