其實很多軟件都可以調整相片的尺寸/大小，例如是photoshop等等。就算是Window XP內置的小畫家都可以哦！

基本如果只是調整尺寸 一般小畫家都可以做到
如果想連顏色或更多的調整可以用photoshop
