maths equation?

2x/3 - x/2 = 1

please help solve as im unsure.

4x - 3x = 6
x = 6

take the LCM of 3 and 2 =6
therefore (2x)X2=4x and (x)X3=3x
4x-3x=x...........therefore
x=6

multiply the equation by 6.it wud 4x-3x=6 so x=6

x/6 = 1
x = 6

12x / 3 - 6x / 2 = 6

4x - 3x = 6
x = 6
