如何製大顆鹽精

其實 crystal size 既大細係好 depend 你 crystallization 既時間
原理就好似要 1000 人排隊
如果你要佢地響 10 秒內排好
佢地可能會排成一段一段既隊
但係如果你比一個鐘既時間佢地
佢地會排到幾條長 d 既隊
如果你比成日時間佢地
佢地排成一條隊既可能性就會更大

如果你要 form 一粒大 crystal
咁就好似你要 1000 人排一條大隊一樣
你要比時間佢地慢慢排
即係用風乾既方法

首先你要有一杯 solution
最好就係 saturated
之後你就由佢自己風乾
d water 會自己 evaporate
令到杯 solution 變得愈黎愈 concentrated
由於 concentration 同 solubility 成反比
d salt 就會 crysallize (precipitation)
而由於你比佢 crystallize 既時間夠長
d salt 會 crystallize 得好 d
亦即係佢地會 crystallize 一齊
變成一粒大 crystal

I just list the method for making insoluable salts :

1. Mis the two solutions
PS : One contain the cations and aother one contains the anions
2. Leave the solution. Stir the solution until they are are reacted.
3. Filter the solution. Leave the filtrate.
4. Heat the filtrate until it is concentrated enough.
5. Filter again . leave the residue this time.
6. Dry the residue.
