你除了可以向警方投訴被人刑事恐嚇外,亦可以向你的破案處主任設訴有關事宜,他亦會介入這件事而得以平息。

1. Did the Financial Co. do the above behaviour before or after your bankruptcy application? If after, suggest call police.
2. You may complain the same to 銀行公會 or the Official Receiver's Officer.
3. Consider obtain free legal opinion from a professional lawyer. (District Broad Office).
4. Write letter to relevant Bank to complain the same.
