This article was about the setting up of a society themed on "Toilet Cleaning" in a Taiwanese university. The society organised a cleaning event and we did not expect such a large turnout - simply because we thought the younsters of today would not care for tough jobs, especially girls - since they all want to take care of their hands. But the truth was opposite to our thinking. There were young men, women, school principles and even university professors taking part in the event.
Through this event students learnt that life begins with minor matters and rewards would only be paid upon efforts. They expressed their gratitude to the janitors of the schools and their mothers, whose responsibilities included toilet cleaning.
