According to XXX, your Career Representative Contract ("CR Contract") was recently terminated

You are reminded of your continued contractual obligation under the CR Contract whereby you have undertaken that at any time within one year termination, not to solicit or induce any policyholder of XXX to cancel, amend or reduce any policy, Supplementary Contract or Endorsement, irrespective of any right

We hereby give you notice that if you breach the above undertaking, we shall institute legal proceedings against you without delay forloss, damages and/or injunctive relief, together with costs and interest. Full discolosure by you of accounts may be required to determine such loss and/or damages

We would also remind you that commissions paod you by XXX had been actuarially calclated in anticipation that the policyholders would remain with XXX for substantial period of time.If such policyholder cease or discontinue their policies with XXX and take out new policies with another insurance company with which you are or will be directly or indirectly associated, XXX intends to hold you liable for losses and/or damages caused.In the case you require further clarification regarding this later,you can contract the Agency Development Manager Ms XXX of team 5 at 2xxx xxxx
