產品退貨問題~~不要用翻譯機

1)這些產品都是按照你們的需求規格生產，目前既不能取消也不能退回賠償讓我們當庫存用，並無其它客戶可使用你們的規格，請和A公司的人討論是否可轉銷給其它客戶或該怎做比較好，我們無法當做庫存用。

1) These products were specially designed upon your request. The order cannot be cancelled or returend. Since these were specially designed for your company, it is impossible for us to sell these products to other clients. Please contact company A to discuss the possibilities of selling these products to other clients. Again, we cannot accept return of these specialy designed products.


2)目前B公司打算將所有未出貨的產品退回我公司，以賠償方式，但DAVID不能接受這種方式，因為這些規格並無它人可使用，能否提供我好的解決方法呢?

2) Although company B agreed to return all unselled products to our company with compensation, David cannot accept this method because none of our other clients are able to use these specially designed products. Would you please provide us a better solution?

請問您們當初談合作案時．．．有簽立條約嗎？
或是當初的口頭證明（兩人以上當保人）
都是可以法律申訴賠償的喔
