anyone know anything about tamagotchi's?what is best,newest?

I have just bought the latest version 5 had a search around a bit on the web and finally got it from what looks to a newish site judged by the lack of feedback I could find, called toysarcade.com but took the chance and it arrived within three days and at a nice price too!

of course it was a good version,and it was easy to use,i have one,and i love it.but maybe your5 year old will like the old one more.

Tamogotchis is a virtual handheld, you are lucky, they just came up with a new version 5. The new features are that you could connect and raise a family with the new version 5. Also yes they are still easy to use. You could get it at ToysRUs or any other toy shop. They are usually $14.95. I hope your 5 year old likes it.

You can generally get them from UK Argos/Woolworths for about 12.99. I think the version 5 is the most recent.

I think we are up to version 5 it has a little house built like a chimney on the side, cost about £12-£13 getting more difficult to handle for younger kids though

yes they are easy to use i used to have one and i loved it now you can go online with them now the newest are like a version 5 or 3 or something ask the people at a toy store

my 6 year old daughter has 2 and loves them.... version 4.5 seems to be good, but we only have that version, about £10 from argos if you are in the uk!
