I thought the only way you can get the training points up was to discipline it or praise it... If it beeps when it doesn't need something and you discipline it then your training points go up, etc.

you have to do exercise with your tamagotchi.the jump rope will make the "pencil"training point up...so different exercise will increase different training point.
