6 and older...my friend gave me a dog one time and she was 10 well they did not tell me she was going to have puppies in about 3 weeks..she would pic one up and bring it to you and for get where her baby was so I wolud put it back and she would be runing in the house looking for it..
they get to where they forget to take care of the puppies..

If you cannot answer this question, then I suspect there is a lot more you would need to know about breeding her.
You must first ask yourself if you are able and willing to take back any of the puppies should their families not be able to keep them - for the rest of their lives.
If you cannot do that, it doesn't matter if your dog is 2 or 12.

Like the user said previously it depends on the dog. Consider how many liters the dog has had in the past. Dogs are capable of having puppies once a year every year for their whole lives up to 12 years, it's what they were designed to do. But, consider the health of the dog. If she has not been overbreed meaning frequent liters, and she has no serious health issue she will be fine to have puppies. Most dogs health begin to deteriorate after 5 or 6 years old though so be cautious.

since you are asking this question i believe you are not an actual breeder. Save yourself the trouble, don't say you want the dog to feel motherhood, my dog was protective of her pups, once they got to 6 weeks old she want them gone and didn't want anything to do with them. if you want another pup - save yourself the trouble and purchase a pup
