emulsion test can be caried out
put xxx into a beaker & pour some alcohol on it to obtain a clear solution. Remove xxx & add water into the solution, which turns milky if fat is present in xxx .

fat is organic compound. alcohol is a organic solvent. so when substance containingfat is put into alcohol, fat can be dissolved in it.
