Recovery mode --> Configuration -> UMD MODE: Normal -UMD required-
Advanced -> Advanced configuration -> Plain modules in UMD/ISO: Disable Execute boot.bin in UMD/ISO: Disable

Yes, you must upgrade to at least 3.77 m33 or even 3.90
