Is very high quality photos
1.Make it in 2 different shots, the details in a little box beside the main photo.
2.平放 on the floor is much easy. Is better to see the cutting.
3.No need. But "Milk" magazine do that way.Is not easy to make it look good.
4.U can use window light, if you have.
Of course you can buy a studio light for you shooting, you can but one only.

4.1
Put the studio light beside the clothes.
(At least 1.5 meter form the clothes)
( not too high, 1 feet from the floor)
(Put some white cloth between, it could make the light softer)
(Camera setting _ don't use Auto white balance, use Flash mode)
I know is hard. Make good photos always hard
