你說得對，這句用了英文的一種修辭法，叫倒裝法(inversion)；當我們用Only時，之後就可以用倒裝法，所謂倒裝法，就是將動詞或助動詞置於主詞（subject）之前，如：
Only in summer do you see people making such fools of themselves.
Only when we got home did we realise we'd left the keys behind.
其實英文許多時都會用倒裝法，如：
１．疑問句
　　Have your father and mother arrived?
２．感歎句
　　Am I mad!
　　How beautiful are the flowers!
３．和may連用
　　May all your wishes come true!
４．在so, neither, nor之後
　　'I don't like opera.' 'Neither/Nor do I.'
５．在否定詞和限制性詞之後
　　Under no circumstances can we cash cheques.
　　限制性詞語如hardly, seldom, rarely, little和never, 以及包含only的詞組
　　Hardly had I arrived when trouble started（我剛到達，麻煩就發生）
　　Only after her death was I able to appreciate her.
６．在as, than和so之後
　　She was very religious, as were most of her friends.
７．條件從句
　　Were she my daughter...(=If she were my daughter...)
　　Had I realised what you intended..(=If I had realised...)
８．在地點狀語之後
　　Under a tree was lying one of the biggest men I had ever seen.
　　Along the road came a strange procession.
　　Here comes Freddy!
９．轉述
　　'Wht do you mean?' asked Henry.
