Let two flats be a and b respectivelyhe lost 10% on one
∴a(1 - 10%) = $999999
a = $1 111 110
he gained 10% on the other
∴b(1 + 10%) = $999999
b = $909 090
∴peter gain
=賣出價 - 買入價
= 2×$999999 - (a + b)
=2×$999999 - ($1 111 110 + $909 090)
=-$20 202
∴he lost 20202
∴The answer is D
