法例定明 : 未註冊的產品商標能不能使用"TM&quo t;符號

TM means trade mark, it does not have to be registered already, but usually with the intention of registration or in the process of applying.
R means registered trade mark.

I confirm that you can put TM after your trade mark or logo or slogan even it is not yet registered. However since the trade mark is not registered, it is not fully protected under the legal system. You should apply to register it as soon as (or even before) you start using it.

因為TM = trade make 即註冊商標

e.g. 如果你無"有限公司"的商業登記,但又改名為xx有限公司,你就犯法, 因為法例寫明未經登記是不可用"有限公司"做公司名。

如同你無註冊個商標, 但又寫住TM,這就犯法, 因為法例寫明, 未經註冊是唔可以用TM!
