The monthly salary of Mr.chan is $40000.Every month he spends $15000n rent,$8000on food and $5000on other items.Besides,Mr.Chan has to keep $4000 every month for paying tax.He will save the rest.If Mr.Chan's monthly salary is increased by 6% but the rent is increased by 8%,while all other expenses remain the same,find the change and precentage change in his savings per month.

Mr chan keep $8000
40000x(1+6%)-15000x(1+8%)-8000-5000-4000
=40000x1.06-15000x1.08-8000-5000-4000
=9200

9200- 8000= $1200
