紫洋蔥,紅蔥頭,白洋蔥有咩區別?

紫洋蔥 = Red onion ( Red/Purple skin; sweet taste; good to max with salads, and grilled or lightly cooked with other foods)
紅蔥頭 = Shallot (brown/ light purple skin; Shallots are extensively cultivated and much used in cookery, in addition to being pickled. Finely sliced deep-fired shallots are used in Asian cuisine.)
白洋蔥 = Onion (cream/white skin; comment onion for cuisine; Onions are available in fresh, frozen, canned, pickled, and dehydrated forms.
