L/C & L/G 問題

L/C = Letter of Credit
Back-to-Back L/C means a new L/C (2) issued by your bank to your supplier will be backed up by the L/C (1) which you got from your customer.
L/G =Letter of Guarantee
This is a document to be signed by your company or the company director(s) to guarantee the settlement of your L/C (2) . This is a bank facility granted to the company by the issuing bank with this L/G.
