Drawer usually means the issuing bank or the one who will pay for the Bill of Exchange upon presentation of the Bill by the drawee.
Drawee means the payee, the person who will receive the money drawn upon presentation of the Bill of Exchange.
Drawer:
- The party who makes a bill of exchange.
- The Beneficiary
Drawee
- A party to whom a bill of exchange is addressed, and who is requested to pay the amount of money therein mentioned.
